You may be asked to provide proof of your business funds in the following cases:
· When opening your account
· If you conduct a transaction that is significantly larger than your usual business activity
· If you transfer an unusually high amount over time (e.g., a substantial sum within a single month)
Required Information in the Document
To verify the source of your business funds, the uploaded document must include:
· The amount of your business income (if there are multiple income sources, documentation for each must be provided)
· Your business name
· The document's issue date
· Signatures, if applicable
If the submitted document does not contain this information, additional supporting documentation may be requested.
Accepted Documents Based on Income Type
· Bank statements* covering the last 6 months
· Invoices* issued within the past 6 months
· Service agreements from the last 6 months
· Audited annual financial statements from the past 12 months
*Our team may contact you for further documents to substantiate the details in your business bank statements.

Guidelines for Document Submission
· Upload files in PDF, JPEG, or PNG format (other formats are not accepted).
· Do not alter or modify documents.
· Ensure the complete document is submitted, with no missing sections or pages.
· Only scanned copies of documents should be uploaded.
