  • Ensure Zero Balance: Before initiating your request to close your account, please make sure that your account balance is zero. This means all pending transactions or open positions must be settled, and any remaining funds should be withdrawn.

  • Raise a Support Ticket: Start by logging into your account on the Xaru Exchange platform or into your mobile application. Navigate to the support portal and create a new ticket or send an email to [email protected]. You can also use the link at the bottom of this article. For clarity and quick processing, use the subject line "Account Closure".

  • Select Priority: While raising the ticket, you will be asked to choose a priority level for your request. Select the one that best represents the urgency of your account closure.

  • Describe Your Request: In the ticket, provide a clear description of your request to close your account. If there are specific reasons or feedback you'd like to share about your decision, feel free to include them. This information can be valuable for us to improve our services.

  • Submit the Ticket: After filling out the necessary details, submit the ticket through the support portal.

  • Await Response: Our support team aims to respond to all queries within 24 hours. They will review your request and may contact you for any additional information or confirmation before proceeding with the account closure.
